March 29, 2014, the Law on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning improvement of legal regulation of activity of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs were passed.
There was passed amendment to Economic procedure code of Ukraine about security for a claim measures.
Criminal code of Ukraine is added by new crimes: forgery of documents and giving them to state authority for registration of legal entity or individual entrepreneurs (article 205-1), illegal pernancy by property of enterprise or organization (article 206-2).
The establishment of criminal liability for such actions is directed at the business owners (shareholders) protection against criminal actions of the company CEOs.
